Dance for Joy: A Free Class for Breast Cancer Survivors

In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, join us for a free, gentle movement class designed specifically for breast cancer survivors. Led by Time to Dance Co-Founders Dr. Lynne Belsky and Lisa Gold, Dance for Joy combines elements of ballet and modern dance to foster recovery, peace, and community.

We know surgery and treatment can change how your body moves. This supportive class meets you where you are with adaptable movements set to uplifting music, helping you rebuild confidence and reconnect with your body alongside peers who understand the journey.

  • Cost: FREE (Advance registration required)

  • Who It’s For: All breast cancer survivors—no dance experience needed!

  • What to Wear: Comfortable clothes you can easily move in

Celebrate the 4th of July in Motion: Become a Dance Ambassador!

This Independence Day, we are celebrating community, connection, and the joy of movement, and we want you to join the fun!

This isn't a formal performance; instead, we’re presenting it live right in the middle of the 4th of July Parade!

Your role is simple: dive into the movement, help hype up the crowd, and casually show onlookers and neighbors how to jump in and try the steps with us.
