Not at all. Our methodology is specifically tailored for adults 50+ and seniors. We focus on "nonlinear" movement that respects the body’s aging process while actively working to improve longevity, cognitive health, and physical stability. Whether you are 50 or 90, you are welcome here.

As an internist-led organization, safety is our priority. Our classes focus on building the stability needed to prevent falls and joint injuries. However, we always recommend consulting with your physician before starting any new physical program.

Not at all. While we honor the classical tradition, we want you to be comfortable. Leggings, yoga pants, or any athletic wear that allows for a full range of motion is perfect.
